The new wheel is inspected and placed on the machine for tire mounting.

A matching rotor is placed on the wheel. It is fastened with chrome hardware, locktite added and torqued to spec.

A tire is mounted on the rim with no need to use tire irons. No metal ever touches your new wheel. Our machine is state of the art!

The mounted tire is inflated with the correct air pressure for your application.

A matching pulley is fastned to the wheel with chrome bolts, washers, and locktite. It is then torqued to spec.

The completed wheel is placed on our motorized spin balancer.

The wheel goes for its first high speed ride and the computer balancer does its work. Ron applys the brake to slow the wheel down.

Chrome or black weights are applied if necessary.

The finished wheel is brought to our shipping area where it is inspected again and cleaned.

The wheel is wrapped in a plastic bag and placed into a special thick mil container.

Reinforced ends are inserted to keep the package stable in transit.
